What it is

A built-in stopwatch and guided protocols for the 40-yard dash, 5-10-5 pro shuttle, 3-cone, broad jump, and vertical. Save PRs, track trends, and export results.

How to use it

1. 1Pick a test (40, shuttle, vertical, broad jump).
2. 2Follow the on-screen setup and countdown.
3. 3Have a helper tap Start/Stop, or use the auto-detect start.
4. 4Save the result — it goes into your PR history and your profile.

Coach's tips

• Test on the same surface at the same time of day for cleaner trends.
• Warm up first — Speed Lab includes a 5-minute warm-up option.
