1. Who We Are

2. Who Can Use GridStar

GridStar is directed to youth and high-school football players, including children under 13. Accounts must be created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian. By using GridStar you represent that you are the parent/guardian of any minor whose information you submit, or you are a coach with written parental consent.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Two free features (Daily Grid Challenge, GridScore) are available at no cost.
• Five premium features unlock with a $12 per player per year subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All fees are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. GridStar does not store payment card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content depicting anyone without the required consent.
• Impersonate another player, coach, or guardian.
• Use GridStar for gambling, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the clips, photos, and profile content you upload ("User Content"). You grant GridStar a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide the Service. You may delete User Content at any time; deletion is effective within [X] days.

6. Public Player Profiles

Player Profiles are private by default. A guardian must complete a separate verification step to make a minor's profile publicly shareable. Public profiles display: name, position, school, measurables, GridScore, and pinned clips. Guardian contact details are never displayed publicly.

7. Camps and Third-Party Events

Camp registrations (e.g., the Southwest DeKalb Panthers Football Camp) are provided as a convenience. GridStar is not the organizer or operator of these events unless expressly stated. Guardians assume the risk of physical football activities on behalf of their minor.

8. Disclaimers

GridStar is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee athletic outcomes, recruiting results, or camp admission. Speed Lab measurements are self-recorded and are not certified combine results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridStar's total liability is limited to the greater of (a) fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD. GridStar is not liable for injuries sustained during football activities.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On closure, we delete personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to the guardian on file. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in [COUNTY, STATE].
